CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
We know how special each and every surf trip is for our guests, so we do our best to work with everybody’s individual needs, wants and circumstances. With that in mind, once the decision has been made to book any of our services and payment has been received, we stand firmly by our cancellation policy.
Just as important is the fact that once a service is booked, that spot becomes unavailable for someone who would have booked otherwise.
Thank you very much for understanding!

Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the cancellation charges as follows:
Period before arrival in which you notify us:
– if you cancel up to 30 days prior to the check in date we will keep the total of your deposit payment and will give you a credit note to use 1 year after the date of the original booking arrival date.

20% of the booking deposit payment
– if you cancel up to 14 days prior to the check in date we charge:
50% of the booking deposit payment
– if you cancel up to 7 days prior to the check in date we charge:
100% of the booking deposit payment
The value of the rest of your deposit will remain as a credit Note that you can use to book an alternative date of your choice for up to a maximum of 1 year after the date of the original booking arrival date.
