Given Bar do Bruno’s privileged location and beach support facilities at the Baleal Camping Park beach, right in front of the “Cantinho da Baía”, it becomes an ideal stage for setting up surfing competitions. Since its launch in 1997, beach volleyball and nighttime surfing competitions have been organised, as well as the Baleal Surf Camp Open, the European kayak competition, and, in July 2006, our beach support facilities were used for the Clubs Cup of Portugal.
